The Treasurer shall: collect and account for all monies owed to the
VBHSA; issue and record all checks; keep an accurate and up-to-date accounting
of all monies paid to and expended by the VBHSA; present a written financial
report at each board meeting; present a written financial report to the
membership at the annual meeting; and perform such other duties as may be
assigned by the President.
